Just about a year ago, my husband and I were happily surprised to receive a brochure from Fore Premier Properties. It was in full color, in heavy stock and so well done that we knew we had found our new realtor. Our empty home has been for sale about eight months without even a nibble. When I tried to find the saleslady, she was always home making a cake. The house was less than two years old, 3,000 square feet, in perfect condition and in a very prestigious area of Kerrville so it was hard to understand unless you remembered all the cakes. But finding a new realtor in a city you don't know is daunting. Then came the brochure. It answered all our questions and left no doubt that the sender knew their business and would do everything possible to sell our house. Hooray. We called them right away, met with them and were more than satisfied they were the best and would do a fantastic job for us. In less than sixty days they had an offer!! It didn't work out but while that was playing out, they had another better offer!! And that one did work out. We were surprised at the time elapsed and our gratitude to these dynamos is on-going. It's a very happy ending for us but also for Kerrville. This organization is not only terrific in their chosen field but also honest, friendly, fun, bright with a can-do attitude that the Kerrville business world has embraced.
